We have had the pleasure of working with some of the most highly regarded architects in Colorado. Here is what a few of them had to say about their experiences with us. September 25, 1995
To Whom It May Concern:
Custom home building requires a unique blend of skills. First is the ability to put together complicated structures with a variety of costly finishes. Second, the builder must have superior people skills to work with demanding and often anxious clients as their home is constructed. And third, a custom builder has to have an organized and capable manager to orchestrate all of the materials and tradesmen required to put a home together.
Randy Wheelock has demonstrated all of these abilities in constructing the A.J. Miller residence in Keystone. This project involved both conventional framing and log post and beam construction. Heated stone floors, hand troweled plaster work and a sculptural stair all added to the complexity. In relating to an Owner who demanded a great deal of attention, Randy never failed to be responsive and thoughtful. And in a labor market that was at best very tight, Randy was able to bring qualified subcontractors to the job on schedule.
Randy cares about doing the job right. He cares about treating his clients and his subcontractors with honesty and respect. He anticipates problems and proposes solutions before the problems grow into major concerns. Randy brings a hands-on approach and a knowledge of the details that ultimately results in a better project. I would recommend him highly.
