Dear Randy:

My wife and I want you to know how extremely pleased we are with the home you built for us in Spruce Valley. Since we have built three other homes from beginning to end and finished two others that were in various stages of completion, we think of ourselves as "experienced" when it comes to recognizing quality work.

It is obvious that you expect and demand superior performance from your subcontractors and effectively deal with them when they do not perform to your expectations. To our knowledge, you did not cut corners even when it would have been expedient to do so. On the contrary, you went the "extra mile" on numerous occasions to maintain quality throughout our house.

You were cooperative and open-minded when dealing with us, our architect, and the scores of other individuals you had to interface with to bring our home to completion.

We think the house projects the quality you strove to produce, and we are very proud of it.
